I'm Deb Ogburn, Mixed Media Artist, Expressive Life Coach, Registered Expressive Arts Therapist, and Owner of Arts4Evolution.

I came to this work in response to a calling I felt, deep within. I'd spent 15 years working as a visual communications consultant in Chicago, and in my mid-thirties, I realized my life was out of alignment with my values. I embarked on a quest to recover my authentic self, which led me back to my art and to San Diego, California. There, I discovered Expressive Arts—the use of the arts as a catalyst for change and  tool kit for wellness. I attended the Expressive Arts Institute San Diego then continued my studies with the founders of the field at European Graduate School in Switzerland.

In 2006, I completed my master's degree in Expressive Arts Therapy with a Concentration in Coaching and Consulting, and embarked on my second career journey. Since that time, I've helped many diverse clients restore wellness, creativity and productivity through a connection with passion, purpose and meaning in their lives. I've worked with:

In 2014, I returned to my roots in Louisville, Kentucky, and created what is now called Arts4Evolution. I look forward to finding out how I can support you in turning your dreams into reality as you embrace your call to adventure in life!
