The Story Behind Arts4Evolution
WHY THIS WORK?
After 15 years as a design consultant in Chicago, I realized my life was out of alignment with my values. Returning to my personal art and discovering the Expressive Arts Institute in San Diego became a turning point in my own journey, offering pathways through grief, transition, and personal growth. Arts4Evolution grew from that lived experience, and my mission is to help others embrace their creativity, express themselves authentically, and move forward with intention.
HOW I WORK
My approach is:
-
Trauma-informed
-
Strengths-based
-
Gentle and responsive
-
Rooted in presence and relationship
I work collaboratively, honoring each person’s pace, boundaries, and inner knowing. Creativity is used as a doorway, not a demand, and sessions are reflective, expressive, and supportive. Whether through conversation, guided exercises, or creative practices, the goal is to provide a space where insight, self-expression, and growth can emerge naturally.
